Application Scope
The ZJ series slurry pumps find extensive applications in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, coal mining, building materials, and chemical engineering. Specifically designed for efficient handling of abrasive slurries with solid particles, they excel in scenarios like processing concentrate and tailings in mineral processing plants, removing ash/slag in power plants, transporting coal slurry and heavy-medium coal in coal preparation facilities, and conveying mineral pulp in coastal/river mining operations. These pumps can handle slurries with a maximum weight concentration of 45% for ash slurry and 60% for mineral slurry, and can be configured for series operation upon request.

Material Construction
Crafted from proprietary high-chromium alloy wear-resistant materials, the ZJ series offers exceptional durability and erosion resistance, ensuring reliable performance in harsh industrial environments.

Modeling Convention
For example: 100ZJ-I-A36

  • 100: Outlet diameter (100 mm)
  • ZJ: Denotes "slurry pump"
  • I/II: Single-stage (I) or two-stage (II) configuration
  • A/B/C/F: Impeller vane count (A=5 vanes, B=4 vanes, C=3 vanes, F=6 vanes)
  • 36: Impeller diameter (36 cm)

Key Features and Applications
Developed through integrating user feedback with cutting-edge technologies—including modern fluid dynamics, mechanical engineering principles, and CAD software—the ZJ series sets a benchmark for industrial slurry handling. Key attributes include:

  • Design Flexibility: Single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps available in two configurations: horizontal (ZJ) and vertical (ZJL). Horizontal models offer outlet diameters ranging from 40 mm to 350 mm, with multiple impeller diameters for precise head requirements.
  • Innovative Engineering: Features advanced hydraulic and structural designs. Wet-end components are manufactured from proprietary high-chromium wear-resistant alloys, delivering superior efficiency, energy savings, extended service life, and reduced weight. The pumps operate with minimal vibration, low noise, and require less maintenance, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
  • Dual-Casing Structure: The pump body features a double-casing design for easy replacement of wear-resistant internal components. The outer casing is constructed from nodular cast iron, while the inner casing uses high-chromium alloy cast iron or steel, tailored to varying pressure requirements.
  • Sealing Solutions: Two shaft sealing options are available: a combination of auxiliary impeller and packing seal, or mechanical seals, ensuring leak-proof operation in high-pressure applications.
  • Installation Versatility: The pump outlet can be rotated in 45-degree increments to eight different positions, offering flexible installation to meet specific system layouts.

  • Slurry pump drive types: DC direct drive, CR parallel belt drive, ZVZ up-down belt drive, CV vertical belt drive, etc.

Engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications, the ZJ series slurry pumps combine rugged durability, operational efficiency, and design versatility, making them the preferred choice for demanding material-handling tasks worldwide.
