The ZRS special slurry pump uses advanced fluid theory and installs two main impellers in opposite directions. During operation, it adjusts to the resistance changes inside the filter press to achieve large-flow, low-pressure feeding and small-flow, high-pressure filtering. Its special hydraulic performance perfectly matches the filter press's gradual process from an empty cavity to filling and then drying.


During the initial feeding stage:


  • No need to use a knife gate to control flow, avoiding motor overload caused by large flow.
  • Low pressure does not impact the filter plate frames, reducing damage to the filter cloth on the frames and preventing the plate cores from shaking due to impacts.


During the later filtering stage:


  • The small flow is less likely to cause pump blockages or clog the filter press inlet.


These features are currently difficult for single-impeller centrifugal pumps to achieve.
